Nigeria’s well known musical artiste by the name of Tiwa Savage made certain changes on her Instagram page two weeks ago that left a lot of people in total awe and shock.
Tiwa Savage was signed into Mavin Records in the year 2012, the very same year that the label was founded. In the year 2016, the celebrity diva signed a publishing and management deal with Roc Nation. Tiwa Savage has won a lot of awards in the industry and some of them include: City People Entertainment Award for ‘Female Musician of the Year’ in 2011, ‘Best R&B Soul Song’ for Kele Kele Love at the Afrotainment Museke Online Music Awards, ‘Most Stylish Female Artiste’ at the FAB Magazine Awards and ‘Most Promising Act’ at the Dynamix Youth Awards.
The Nigerian star made a total renovation of her page in the sense that she deleted all her posts and left only three of her pictures.
After she had deleted all her posts, she made another post of an Instagram story stating that she would soon be making a very important announcement.
The recent activities of the popular star has made a lot of people think that she is trying to make an exit from the record label known as Mavin Records (the first and only record label that she has been in ever since she made an appearance in the Nigerian music industry) to which she is currently signed and that the announcement she is about to make is to confirm that move.
The Nigerian singer who has won a lot of awards has a songwriting deal with Sony/ATV Music Publishing. We don’t know what to expect and as such we are waiting patiently to hear what this big announcement is.
What initially made people assume she was leaving Mavin Records was the group photo with Temple Management Company. However, as some of our sources who spoke to the musical diva reported, Tiwa Savage said that she was not making any plans to leave Mavin Records and so people should stop assuming that she was planning to leave.
