Hi Sir
I want to buy 5 tablet from alibaba, will i pay custorm duty for this number if use DHL how secure is alibaba escrow,i have access bank VISA CARD can they accept it .
@BabaZau Shettima, Both cards are good, but I prefer Africard I can load the card with Naira, unlike Websurfer that requires dollars to fund.
Regarding the goods that attracts customs duty, you must have ordered for goods that will contain a container before you would be required to pay for customs duty.
BETWEEN THE AFRICARD AND MASTERSURF, WHICH ONE IS MORE ECONOMICAL AND RELIABLE? I STAY IN THE FAR NORTH, WILL MY PURCHASES BE SENT TO ME? WHAT QUANTITY OF GOODS OR AMOUNT LIMIT OF PURCHASE WILL ATTRACT CUSTOMS DUTY? THANKS FOR THE GOOD JOB YOUR DOING. KEEP IT UP.
thanks for the response.
@Anonymous, you won’t do any clearance, the stuffs you ordered for would be sent to your home address.
who would be responsible for custom duties and all the other clearance? or there’s no need for all that?
Would i have to clear with customs or would i receive my goods @ home or at the post office if i use their china post shipping?
@Anonymous, visit AliExpress Help Zone for tips to locate scammers on Aliexpress.

How can one be safe from scammers? Or are u saying aliexpress.com is scammers free?
@Annie, you are right. Already writing a post on some scam sellers with their locations and tips on how to know scam sellers.
I found some reviews on this site and almost every one was claiming that they had been scammed and that they were not refunded their money. I think you should find out the risks involved and advice pple on how not to be scammed. There are a lot of fake sellers on this site, and their so called Escrow paying method is not to be trusted. From what I found out Paypal seems to be the only safe way to purchase goods and get a refund if one is not satisfied. However, as we know it, Paypal is nt a good payment option for a Nigerian!
@Anonymous, your product will be delivered to your door step.
@confido, go to UBA for africard or Zenith Bank for websurfer. Both cards are accepted on aliexpress.
@Anonymous, what type of card did you use?

@JOHN, since you can’t wait for the free shipping, try and search deep, you might find the product at a cheaper price from another seller, with that you will be able to bear the shipping price.
