Today, I want to share two useful tips that will keep you going and achieving your dream without much ado. The two things I believe has helped many great men and women achieve their dreams are Focus and Perseverance.

  1.  Focus: – Before you can live and achieve that dream, you need to concentrate on it. From my research, I was able to deduce that people who are focus aren’t born with it, they develop themselves to be.  If you want to be focus, you need to
i.                     Belief. For your dream to come to pass, it is very important that you totally believe in your dream. Though this is easy at the beginning because you’re focused on what you stand to gain from making that dream a reality. But as time goes on, you may forget how great the dream was and start to lose that fire burning in you.
In order to avoid this from happening, you need to make a clear detail of the dream you’re planning to achieve. This may be in writing, drawing or painting. Keep them strong and clear in your mind.
ii.                   Be Determined. Believing in your dream and ability is a great start to achieving and living your dream, but you also need determination to make it come into existence. To live that dream life, you must be ready to stand against any odd and obstacles and reminding yourself daily how important your dreams are to you. When the tough get going, refuse to give up. Be determined.
iii.                  Have Confidence. Don’t every make the fire of confidence burning in you go down due to obstacles and setback you met on your way to achieving your dream. Whenever you notice that your confidence is fading away gradually, bring out the writings you’ve made in form of writing, drawing or painting, and then read them back to yourself. Remind yourself that setbacks and obstacles are not meant to be permanent, they are temporary. Strong confidence is enough to get you and keep you going.
Quotes:-
  • “It’s not what’s happening to you now or what has happened in your past that determines who you become. Rather, it’s your decisions about what to focus on, what things mean to you, and what you’re going to do about them that will determine your ultimate destiny.” Anthony Robbins quotes (American advisor to leaders)
  • “Our thoughts create our reality — where we put our focus is the direction we tend to go.” Peter McWilliams quotes
  •  “It is wise to direct your anger towards problems — not people; to focus your energies on answers — not excuses.”  William Arthur Ward quotes (American dedicated scholar, author, editor, pastor and teacher)
  • “When you write down your ideas you automatically focus your full attention on them. Few if any of us can write one thought and think another at the same time. Thus a pencil and paper make excellent concentration tools.” Michael Leboeuf quotes
  • No life ever grows great until it is focused, dedicated and disciplined. Unknown Author

2.       Perseverance: – Perseverance is hard work, patience, endurance, commitment. A person who is persevering is said to be a person that is able to bear any difficulties without complaining. Perseverance is trying again and again against any odds, setbacks and obstacles.
