Of late, Microsoft unveiled a few features which were pretty attractive in the latest Windows 10 Preview Build. Now in the case where you are a subscriber to the Insider program, acquiring the latest build 14356 would bring in the capacity of enabling the notification syncing feature. This is the much anticipated sync feature Microsoft has been building the momentum on at for quite some time.
This sync feature gives Cortana on your mobile device (Windows 10 Mobile or Android) the functionality to send its notifications to the PC. So as to get this working on Google’s mobile OS, it will be however required to get Cortana version 1.7.1 or higher, a link for which could be located in the source. Should all go smoothly and requirements are fulfilled on either sides, it is even possible to access quick reply features on supported notifications from the PC. Still, Microsoft advises on caution as the feature is not really a 100% stable yet.
Also added to this notification sync, Cortana on Windows 10 mobile now has the ability to at speed transfer a photo to your PC. There is no much to do aside asking the assistant – “send this photo to my PC”.
