Qualcomm launches three new Snapdragon processors

Qualcomm is introducing three new processors that are designed for phones and tablets, and they are: Snapdragon 429, Snapdragon 439, and Snapdragon 632. They are the latest products of Qualcomm in the 400 and 600 series processors. they promise better performance than the processors before them in the series.

Both the snapdragon 429 and 439 are supposedly 25 percent faster and consume lesser battery charge than the earlier 425 and 430 chips. Snapdragon 429 can support a single 16MPs camera or dual cameras that are 8MPs each with a screen resolution of 720p; Snapdragon 439 on the other hand supports a screen resolution of 1080p and a 21MPs single camera or as is with the Snapdragon 429, dual 8MPs cameras.

Snapdragon 632 on its own part is purportedly 40 percent faster than the earlier Snapdragon 626. The display screen resolution it supports is about 1080p, 24-megapixels camera support or dual cameras being 13MPs each, it also supports a 4K video capture as well as an LTE modem with carrier aggregation for speed.

In the real sense, there is not much of anything that is interesting in these three new chips for consumers much because all they did is provide a mix of features that are already existent. The chips happen to be designed as a means to motivate phone creators, all of them are compatible with software and the new 400 series chips also happen to be compatible with pins, translating to the fact that phone manufacturers don’t need to do much to input the new processors.

According to the reports we got from our sources, the new chips are scheduled for release within this second half of the year.

Qualcomm’s 400 and 600 series chips are generally considered for low-cost devices and the reason for them designing these chips is because the processors in the 800 series are quite expensive.
