Before you start your blog or website online, you need to have some basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript as they are the codes that constitute a blog and most website version. Learncss.tutsplus is a great website to learn HTML and CSS online. This service is free and you will also learn HTML and CSS in 30 days by sacrificing 10 minutes on their website daily. This course has 30 videos. The course is 100% free. It is instructed by veteran web developer and trainer Jeffrey Way

HTML Code Tutorial is an awesome website that teaches HTML, CSS, forms, frames, JavaScript coding and many more.

webdesign.about.com is another popular website where HTML and CSS are being taught online for free. This site has too many tutorials to learn HTML and CSS.

HTML Dig is the web designer’s resource for everything HTML and CSS, the most common technologies used in making web pages.
