Husband puts nagging wife up for sale on eBay

It is said marriages are for better for worse. But in the modern today, marriages barely get to survive the worse. While it is cultural here in our native communities for the man to send the woman packing out of his house, the whites have a better idea: how about selling her on eBay?

This was the scenario when a grieving husband who got meager sympathy from his wife when he felt he was not too healthy came up with the decision to sell his wife on eBay. Suitors around the world were not reluctant as the husband immediately got £65,880 of bids in just two days.

According to the husband Simon, he claimed Leandra wasn’t doing well at her supposed duty of a dedicated wife after he had revealed to her that he was not feeling too good.

Via his listing on eBay, he emphasized the pros and cons of the “purchase”.

The dad-of-two now claims that Leandra his wife “wants to kill him”.

Simon, 33, wanted to make the best out of the sale of his wife emphasizing her “decent bodywork and skills in the kitchen” as reasons to bid.

He said: “I came in after work feeling a bit tired and unwell – my was wife dong the usual concerned bit but said I was burning the candle at both ends and was basically just whining at me.

“I thought ‘right I’m going to put you up for sale’.”

The post reads: “For sale one wife.

“Not new has been used but still got some good miles left in her.

Simon was caught in a big surprise when bids spiraled to £65,880 in just two days.

“Reason for selling… I’ve had my fill and feel like there HAS to be someone for deserving than me (oh dear God please let there be).

“Good points: Body work and paint work still in decent shape and has some skills in the kitchen.

“Bad points: Often makes this noise that cannot be silenced unless you order brand new shiny parts of metal.

“Sometimes them skills in the kitchen result in you ending up in hospital.

“All in all not a bad model for the year, I’m sure some lucky guy will get lots of use.

“Offers welcome, may consider a part exchange for a younger model.

“*T&Cs: Once bought you cannot return… EVER!”

When Leandra his wife who works as a beauty therapist discovered this she said: “I was absolutely fuming – I wanted to kill him.

“Everyone at work saw it and were laughing their heads off. Not only did he put me up for sale but he used such a bad photo.”

Not bad anyway, it is good the deal didn’t work out, hence our lovely naija entrepreneurs would just open baby factories and start listing babies for sale on eBay!
