Google Adsense is one of the largest advertising programs online. Most bloggers monetize their blog with Google adsense because of its simplicity. From my research, I got to know that most webmasters source of revenue is Google Adsense since it allows publishers from all country to participate in the program. But the problem with Google adsense program is that they are strict with their TOS. A publisher’s account may get banned for invalid click and non compliance with their TOS.

Has adsense ban you from using their ad networks? or Your blog/website was not allowed to join the network due to some reasons? or Do you wish to add more ad networks to your blog/website to increase your earnings? No matter what the reason may be, I want to share 10 google adsense alternatives that offer CPM and CPC with low pay out other than adsense that needs you to reach a minimum of $100 payout before you receive your payment and this may be tedious for new bloggers to reach.
Note that having more than 2 ad networks on your blog or website may make your blog or website look spamming and if you are running Google adsense ad on your blog/website, don’t use any contextual ad network with it since it is against their TOS.
1. Yahoo Bing Network:
Yahoo! Bing ad network or simply media.net is a collaboration of two of the biggest search engines on the internet.

One of the advantages of Yahoo Bing Network compare to Google AdSense is perhaps its ability to allow publishers to customize their ad units in terms of style (size, color, shapes) so it blends better with their respective website.
Media.net accepts blogs with low traffic. They have a support where you can contact the rep assigned to you for problems related to ad serving. Their Minimum payout is $100. Your earnings can be received via Paypal or Wire.
2. AdPepper:

AdPepper is an ad network that provides CPM, CPA and CPC ad campaigns. With AdPepper, advertising inventory is 100% utilized. AdPepper offers website and blog operators a comprehensive set of opportunities to market their online presence profitably, whether national or international in scope. AdPepper have a high degree of placement power in all markets and also delivers ad campaigns in 50 countries.
3. BidVertiser:
BidVertiser offers PPC (Pay Per Click) text and image ads. Bidvertiser is an excellent alternative to Google Adsense. With BidVertiser, publishers are provided with the option to customize their ads to match their site. BidVertisers also give room to publishers to sign up for their affiliate program to earn extra income. BidVertiser minimum payout by check and paypal is $10.
4. BuySellAds:
BuySellAds is another ad network where advertisers come together for buying and selling Advertising spaces. Immediately you submit your blog to BuySellAds network, your blog stats will be fetched automatically. To join BSA and get approved, you need to have some good amount of traffic and page views. Once your application gets approved, you can now set up an area for BuySellAds on your blog and then wait for advertisers to bid for the space.
5. Chitika:
Chitika ad network is a PPC advertising program. Chitika allows publishers to display ads on their website, blog, mobile site and app. Chitika also give room to publishers to customize the ad format to put on their site. Publishers can also earn extra income from their referral program. Chitika minimum payout for check is $50 and for PayPal is $10.
6. Clicksor:
Clicksor is a popular Contextual Advertising Network with more than 150 thousand content websites and serving more than 3 billion impressions on monthly basis. With Clicksor, you can set minimum prices for CPV, CPC, CPM and CPI ads. To make sure you’re still earning, if the minimum price for your ads is not met, your default ads are put up instead to make sure that you have no unsold traffic. Clicksor minimum payout for Check and PayPal is $50.
7. Kontera:
Kontera provides in-text ads and show a small balloon ad over selected words that advertisers pay for. This type of ad network is suitable for blogs and website that have rich content. For some readers, kontera ads can be annoying because the ads are displayed in a pop-up window. In my opinion, the click-through rates are low. You can get your earnings via Check, Wire-transfer and PayPal. Their Minimum payout is $50.
8. Infolinks:
Infolinks is just like Kontera. Infolinks also use in-text ads. To me, the click-through rate of Infolinks is better than that of Kontera. Infolinks is easy to set up and provides relevant ads to your blog content. Infolinks payments are made by Wire transfer, Automated Clearing House ($400 min) or PayPal with a minimum of $50. You can find a quick review about infolinks here
9. ValueClickMedia:

ValueClickMedia is one of the most reputable lead generations providers, quality campaigns, high payouts and the tools and support to earn more from your post-registration inventory and CAN-SPAM compliant e-mail lists. Your blog or website must have a minimum of 3000 Page Views on a monthly basis to qualify.
10. CasaleMedia:

Our industry leading 70/30 revenue share program is the foundation on which our premium advertising network, MediaNet, was built. Under this model, the CPM rate you earn is variable and is tied directly to the performance of your inventory. Our optimization technology, Optimax, maximizes your revenue by selecting the highest paying campaign available for each of your impressions in real time.
Do you have any other ad network that worked for you? If yes, don’t hesitate to share it through the comment. You can also share your success with any of the ad networks.
Indeed a Great post.
But according to me, none of the adsense alternative can give the revenue as much as Adsense can give. I haven’t tried all the above alternatives but I tried infolinks and I had worst experience with it. After having huge amount of traffic, I was able to make only 100-200$.
Because my blog was banned by Adsense. If this wasn’t happened then that traffic can surely make around $2k+.
That’s why infolinks is far away from Adsense in terms of generating revenue.
BTW Thanks for sharing it with us.
I love your postings and your site. Thanks for educating me in the art of blogging.
This is a nice list Thank you..

People are just crazy about adsense that is why they keep frustrating them. If webmasters go to other ad networks, google will soon find itself at the back. Simple.
I think the best way is to combine adsense and chitika or buysellads with infolinks

@Antony Raj, you can add as many CPC program to your blog, but I would advice you not to use more than two. Concerning copied content, it is bad for your blog reputation. Try to always put your contents down the way you understand it.
@Cristi, good share, but I haven’t tried it before.

It’s really nice. Well explained content that I like most. It’s my pleasure to find your site. Thanks for the sharing of your experience. Will you please tell me which one is better, Adbrite or Bidvertiser?
@Sanusi Tunde Abdul Hamid, payment by check is not bank transfer, the check is like our local cheque that you will pay into your bank account.
What does pay by check means? Does it means by bank transfer
@Patricia, how does your program work? Do you accept all countries?
Hi Olusegun,
Great post! You might want to add us to the list:)

Hi,
This is Jonathan from Kontera. Thanks for the great mention – as Kontera is displayed in a completely different area of a webpage from Kontera, it’s also a great service to use alongside AdSense,to add to your overall earnings.
Regarding your concerns, ComScore, the leading internet marketing research firm found Kontera to actually be one one the least intrusive forms of online advertising. You can read more about that study here: http://kontera.com/advertisers/research-results
Thanks,
