Who said Nokia was dead? Nokia hoping to seduce us with a new Android phone

Nokia has been making dedicated moves to resurrect back to the smartphone limelight. How the mighty has fallen, it is quite unfortunate that Nokia which was now once the leader of the park has been blazed off the trail by the likes of Apple, Samsung and the rest. Some four years back, Nokia went as far as selling to Microsoft its smartphone business. And now Nokia has decided to jump on the winning Android train hence the revolutionary push from Nokia to release an Android phone.

Via means of a promotional video, Nokia teased us with tiny details. The video however low-resolution reveals little bits of phone specs that align with those specs that has been leaked earlier on for the Nokia D1 (this is also tagged the Nokia 6). The upcoming Android would present an octa-core Snapdragon CPU that was rather unnamed in the video 64GB of storage coming with microSD expansion , 4GB of RAM, and then the upcoming phone would operate the Android 7.0 Nougat.

So far Nokia has not been quiet about its Nokia 6 as Nokia has confidently stamped in on its website dubbing it as “the first Nokia smartphone powered by Android” and would be released early this year. The design of this upcoming Android would be carried out by HMD, with the company now assuming the official status of the exclusive licensee of the Nokia brand for its tablets and phones.

We have been able to extract some details from HMD Global’s website pertaining to the official specs of the upcoming Nokia Android which will run across a a Snapdragon 430 CPU,64GB of Storage, a 5.5″ “full HD” Gorilla Glass screen, 4GB of RAM, and then the Android Nougat. Not only this, on the back the phone would also present a 16 MP phase detection auto focus camera, and then on the front we could the 8 MP camera

Who said Nokia was dead? No no!
