Android fans have been lost in thoughts as to what Google’s preceding step would be following the Nexus 9 and Nexus 6, and at present fresh reports have indicated that the Search Engine giants might still choose to hold on to its Nexus brand and then proceed to launch two handsets this year beating expectations for one, and possibly not a tablet. The two handsets according to reports could have their release date at the conventional October renowned for the launch of Nexus devices.

Google has its working hands on the desk as to the development of its two Nexus smartphones, of which the smaller is been produced by the LG, while the larger of the two has Huawei working on it. In addition to this, no Nexus tablet could be coming out this year, if we to go by correspondents who are in touch with Google’s schedules as reported by Android Police. If the rumours prove to be true, this will be the first step of its kind by Google to launch two Nexus-branded handsets in just a twelve months interval.

According to the reports on our table, the LG made Nexus handset which had been also tagged as the ‘Angler’, will be presented with a 2700mAh battery and 5.2-inch display. There is the chance for the firm to also include to the hexa-core Snapdragon 808 SoC, the same processor which had been used in its flagship LG G4. In the past, Google had joined forces with LG for the two Nexus 5 and its predecessor the Nexus 4. Not choosing to forget this, this LG Angler could be possibly seen as the 2015 Nexus 5.

When we come to the Nexus smartphone produced by Huawai, which has also been tagged ‘Bullhead’ in the internal circle, the phablet will come along with a bigger 5.7-inch display and stands to use Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SoC, the two of which had been in the rumors lately. A 3500mAh battery is also being tipped to be in the new package. The Huawei Bullhead is being codenamed as the 2015 Nexus 6, but then there is the convenience as to easier-to-use (smaller) form factor however not too significant.

A more detailed report on the Huawei’s Bullhead Nexus smartphone had come up in the past few days. Reports has it that the new Nexus smartphone will be designed on the platform of the Huawei’s Ascend Mate 8 phablet. The handset was also again in the rumors that it still has the ability to work on Huawei’s native Kirin 930 octa-core processor, which we had last been exposed to in the Huawei MediaPad M2 tablet. There is no hundred percent confidence in all these speculations, in the end, we at the mercy of Google’s suspense tricks as we would patiently wait for them to lift the curtains formally.
